Thank you for shopping at Wolf & Fox Designs!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 10 days after item is received by buyer . A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a 100% full refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we received your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return process, please contact us at info@wolfandfoxdesigns.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 1001, Lac La Biche, Ab, T0A 2C0, once return request is accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will contact with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable unless the item has been damaged, defective or lost in transit.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned are custom products (such as some special orders or personalized items), unless items are damaged or defective. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

Wolf & Fox Designs Warranty Policy:

  • 12-month warranty on materials and construction.
  • 12-month warranty on manufacturers defects.
  • Valid from date of purchase with proof of purchase.

Not Covered:

    • Damaged caused by anything other than defects or workmanship.
    • Damage caused by exposure to heat, excessive water damage, improper cleaning and handling and failure to follow fur care instructions on this site.
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • If item is sold to another person voids warranty.
